I'm Ashley - a mom, entrepreneur, and the founder of The Bandemer Agency.

But before any of those business titles, I'm someone who believes that the people waiting for you when the laptop closes matter more than anything happening on the screen.

My family is the reason I work hard, but they're also the reason I've become incredibly intentional about how I work.

I want to build something I'm proud of. I want big goals. I want a successful business.

But I don't want any of those things at the

expense of being present for the life happening right in front of me.

And that belief became the foundation for everything we're building at The Bandemer Agency.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP HAS ALWAYS BEEN PART OF MY STORY.

I grew up watching my dad run his own business.

I saw the freedom that came with building something of your own, but I also saw the work behind it.

The long days. The responsibility. The endless list of things that needed someone's attention.

It gave me an appreciation for entrepreneurs long before I became one myself.

Then I became a business owner while already being a mom.

That's when my definition of success really started to change.

I DIDN'T WANT TO CHOOSE BETWEEN A BUSINESS I LOVED AND A LIFE I LOVED.

Becoming a mom changed the way I looked at success. I still wanted to build, grow, and have something that was mine, but I also wanted to close my laptop and actually be done. I wanted to be present for dinners, weekends, and all the little moments with my family that I knew I wouldn't get back.

As I started working with other business owners, I realized so many of them wanted the same thing. Their businesses were growing, but so were their to-do lists. They weren't struggling because they weren't working hard enough, they were simply trying to carry too much on their own.

That's why I built The Bandemer Agency.

And as the agency grew, the mission became even bigger. I realized I could help business owners get their time back while also creating meaningful, flexible work for talented moms who wanted careers that fit into their lives.

Today, The Bandemer Agency is powered by Midwest moms helping business owners stay visible, organized, and supported through social media, admin, systems, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a business moving.

Our clients get trusted support. Our team gets meaningful work. And everyone gets a little more room for the things that matter outside of business.

Because I don't believe doing everything yourself is a badge of honor and I definitely don't believe growing a successful business should mean missing the life you're building it for.
